Engaging the community

You may have heard of our Community First Community Engagement Activities in which we team up with local community partners to offer our patrons and guests a deeper look into a scheduled performance.

With the season in full swing we thought what better time to remind you about these valuable opportunities than when we have so many coming up!Untitled

While some Community First Community Engagement Activities are designed for ticket holders before a particular performance, there are also plenty of opportunities available for anyone in the community to enjoy.

Tonight, for ticket holders to Help! My Husband Has Gone Missing: My Daughter is Getting Married & I am Having Hot Flashes tips on how to stress less and personal hand massages provided by Sunflower Spa.

Next week we have a unique opportunity for the community with motivational speaker Daryl Price presents Dr. Seuss: Beyond Children’s Books at the Elisha D. Smith Public Library, 440 First Street in Menasha. This presentation provides educational and entertaining insight into the little-known facts and works of Dr. Seuss. It is appropriate for all ages, is free and open to the public with no R.S.V.P. required.

DSC_0501Just in time to spread some holiday cheer, The Grinch himself will do a reading at the Fox Cities Building for the Arts Wednesday, Nov. 18 at 10 a.m. as part of the 2nd Annual Festival of Trees. This event is free and open to the public.

There are also exciting Community Engagement Activities being planned for productions such as All is Calm, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast and Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella.

Make sure to check our website before your scheduled performance to see if you can take advantage of these special opportunities and like us on Facebook to get all of the information you need for these free public activities!
